一、创建功能包(不用在加上其他依赖)
catkin_create_pkg 功能包名 roscpp rospy std_msgs
二、在CMakeLists.txt末尾加上:
find_package(OpenCV REQUIRED)
include_directories(${catkin_INCLUDE_DIRS} ${OpenCV_INCLUDE_DIRS})
add_executable(talker src/talker.cpp)
target_link_libraries(talker ${OpenCV_LIBS})
target_link_libraries(talker ${catkin_LIBRARIES})
