【Technology023】Netting: Internet product managers who are changing the world

The product manager can manage the product from three levels: the product level, the enterprise level, the industry level.

1. At the product level, the product manager focuses on the product itself to make it satisfy the needs of customers better.
2. At the enterprise level, the product manager needs to think about the role that the specific product plays in the layout of the company.
3. Moreover, for the industry level, the product manager begins to schedule the position of the product on the whole in the industry chain.

As a postgraduate student who graduates in 2020, the part that I can play is a product, who focus on the product level. Also, my task may include the following items.

1.Participating in the development of the product
2.Participating in the design of the annual business plan
3. Considering the marketing activities
4.Predicting the behaviors of the opponents and making a response strategy
5.Updating the product and the user education
6.Rescheduling the product line
7.Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence
8.executing business plan
9.Cooperate with the development team, designing team, sales team and other relative teams for the smooth operation of the product

So when an internet company hires a product manager, it will inspect the following ability of the candidates.

1. Education background may account for 20%
2. Work, internship and practice experience may account for 80%
3. For personal ability, the ability to analyze and solve new problems is important
   4.Understand what is right and worse user experience and think about how to solve them
