2 入口

  • launch文件:Apollo/modules/perception/production/launch/perception_lidar.launch
  • 对应的dag文件:Apollo/modules/perception/production/dag/dag_streaming_perception_lidar.dag
    其中包括DetectionComponent, RecognitionComponent, FusionComponent, V2XFusionComponent四个组件类,即检测,识别跟踪、融合、车联网融合。单对于lidar模块,主要就是检测和识别跟踪两个组件类的具体实现,融合和车联网融合是lidar模块输出结果的后续处理。

因此Apollo6.0的lidar模块的处理过程就是:DetectionComponent(检测) >> RecognitionComponent(识别跟踪)。

和Apollo5的lidar模块不同的是用DetectionComponent组件替换了SegmentationComponent组件,新增使用了PointPillars模型来处理激光雷达原始点云。所以在流程上会有一些区别。

2.1 DetectionComponent类

    • 输出:LidarFrameMessaglidar处理结果

    out_message->lidar_frame_作为输入传引用到后面的处理算法中,也就是最终的检测结果。这里的坐标转换(传感器到世界和传感器到自车),后面会经常用到,是通过TransformWrapper类实时获取最新参数,这个类主要是管理传感器外参和自车全局位姿,具体实现可自行查阅。

3 检测-DetectionComponent

3.1 点云预处理

cloud_preprocessor_.Preprocess()以为有很高级的预处理,就是简单的过滤了自车车身的点云,和保存了转到世界坐标系的点云。配置项里的filter_naninf_pointsfilter_high_z_points都是false,所以下面代码我直接删掉了关于这两个的处理。

3.2 模型推理

点云预处理后就是PointPillarsDetection类的Detect函数

这个类里面有些FLAGS参数使用gflag宏定义FLAGS_##name生成的,关于参数的定义在Apollo/modules/perception/production/conf/perception/perception_common.flag

宏定义生成在Apollo/modules/perception/common/perception_gflags.h,flags参数设置在perception_gflags.cc

基本上很多参数都是false,保证送入模型推理的是原点云,保证得到更精确的检测结果。所以该函数简化就是如下,基本过程就是:过滤范围外点云并将点云转换为一维数组 >> 推理输出box和type >> 保存box结果和类别属性

  • MlfEngine类-跟踪的实现

    初始化参数配置,匹配器,跟踪器和评估器。评估器后面并没有用,被注释了。整体流程和融合的跟踪是相似的,所有就省略了很多地方的注释,但是细节上还是有些区别。

    转换到local坐标系,分别赋值给foreground/background_track_data_,计算点云的直方图分布特征,后续用于计算关联值。这里的直方图,看代码计算过程我理解为每个点坐标xyz在每个聚类点云里面的分布特征,是在xyz方向上一共计算出来的30个数值。

  • (3) 关联匹配过程。
    计算关联矩阵,用七项特征计算当前观测和航迹一步预测的关联值,航迹预测用的是CV模型,就是简单的速度乘以时间,关联值主要包括:锚点和track距离差、前后两帧锚点xy差和track速度方向夹角、box长宽差、点云数量、直方图距离差、重心、boxIOU,注意锚点是每个类的点云中心点,在local坐标系,也就是局部世界坐标系,这个在融合里面困惑了很久。
    然后匹配过程,前景用匈牙利匹配,背景用GNN全局最近邻匹配。匈牙利匹配在融合里面讲过,这里调用的也是相同的接口实现,GNN算法比较简单,这里就不做阐述了,感兴趣可以看一下我的注释代码或者相关文章。
    得到匹配结果后,将相应的观测量保存到航迹的历史观测量里面,等待后续主传感器进来做更新,或者新建航迹。
    更正:背景的关联使用的应该是改进的全局最近邻,没有算costs,全局中关联值最小的优先一对一匹配,然后计算次小关联值的匹配。关于最近邻算法可以参考:最近邻目标关联算法

  • (4) 卡尔曼滤波器,量测更新航迹
    和之前融合的类似,但是只更新motion和shape。更新motion部分的代码和融合的流程类似,简单的CV模型,也没有怎么细看,这里就不做阐述了。

    参数配置和两个算法类的初始化,可以看出来lidar的分类主要是CCRFOneShotTypeFusionCCRFSequenceTypeFusion这两个类的具体实现了。
