type是功能包下的CMakeLists生成的可执行文件,具体路径为 radar_lidar_fusion/CMakeLists.txt
CMakeLists.txt下对应的是
add_executable(radar_lidar_fusion src/radar_lidar_fusion.cpp)
target_link_libraries(radar_lidar_fusion ${catkin_LIBRARIES})
name是把现在的节点的名字覆盖为lidar_radar_fusion
