凡是资源加载里面带有Director::getInstance()->getTextureCache()->addImage(textureName);的就必须先异步加载图片(Director::getInstance()->getTextureCache()->addImageAsync(filename, CC_CALLBACK_1(ResUpdateManager::onLoadingCallback, this));),然后才可以在非线程中加载plist
貌似图片的异步加载不能在非主线程里操作,只能在addImageAsync函数内进行异步加载。。。。
