CIRCOS教程翻译 2.1——helloworld（ideogram）

怎么还是helloword？？？！！！事实上，这一章讲的是ideogram的一些参数问题，大体的讲了一些参数所覆盖的情况，所以只是helloworld。本章和第一章内容差不多，先将整体基础配置文件给出，然后一节一节地添加参数画图，最后加入自己的测试文档，搞定~~~
