题目

再来练习一个观点类的作文。

Some people think painting and drawing are as important as other subjects, and they should be compulsory in high school education. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

分析题目：

第一句陈述句，包含两个命题，一个是同等重要，一个是强制课程。

支持就是两者都支持。

反对可以反对其中一条。

文章一定要踩到以上两点。

1. 开头段

开头句替换词：

important：

示范：

Some people think that painting is the same siginificant with other courses, so it also is compli lesson in secondary education. I disagree this points.

disagree:
Many schools today tend to provide an all-round education to help students develop a variety of skills, including artistic skills, computer literacy and financial skills. Arts courses are important, but i would not agree with the idea of requiring every student to attend these courses.

委婉回复，先肯定它的重要性，但是并不认为像必修课一样人人都应该学。

agree:

Painting is considered to be as valuable to students as academic subjects such as maths and foreign languanges, I agree with this view.

2. 各种主题段落的写法

利用ABC大法，学习如何思考观点，然后依据中心句，衍生出来整个段落。

中心句用状语从句比较好。

关键词的重复与代词的灵活使用，可以摆脱传统连接词。

注意，观点没有对错，就好像打辩论一样，看你如何说服阅卷老师更重要。

观点1：

A 画画不能够教给孩子很多行业的基本技能和知识 B 小孩并没有提高就业能力 C 和其他科目不是同等重要，不应该作为必修课

背景：就业竞争激烈，学费越来越高，小孩和家长都非常在意教育是否有好的回报
解释：绘画主要就是用画笔来描绘，不会提高小孩的读写能力，在工作中读写能力很重要
解释：绘画也不能教小孩数学的概念和原理，小孩不能够具备数学知识去从事一些和计算有关的很多行业，譬如说工程，科学，甚至商科
解释(B-C）：很难获得支持

翻译1：

Drawing classes should not be taken as conpulsory since art does not impart skills and knowledge that prepare children for employment.（可以看出来并不是严格按照ABC的内容来写，ABC用来滤清思路以及作为该段的核心句。之后需要围绕since这个原因来展开论述）This is important in a competitive world, where tuition has increased dramatically and parents are concerned about the financial gains of the money they invest in students’ education. (背景) Drawing does not improve literacy skills which are crucial to one’s performance in the workplace, as students use brushes to paint subjects, instead of practising writing and reading. Nor does a painting lesson teach mathmatical priciples and concepts which form the basis of calculations in many fields of work, including science, engineering and even business. This is why art education can hardly receive massive support from parents.

观点2：

Another reason is that students who have the passion for art can improve their skills outside schools. The funding freeze is a growing problem for many schools, so resources should be focused on training of teachers for teaching core subjects, which are recognised by college entrance exams and future emloyers. This is particularly the case considering that it requires time to develop a sophisticated system to measure the progress of learners in art lessons fairly and consistently and a painting can hardly be graded as correct or incorrect. Instead of attending painting courses in state schools, students who are artistically talented can go to art schools, where they receive training form specialised teachers.(我觉得应该更多强调孩子的时间，而不是资源。因为现在的学校也会招聘专业的音乐老师。)（高中是为绝大多数的普通学子设定的）

解释：转移注意力， 2 接触一些漂亮的东西，让自己的心情更好，譬如说风景，植物
解释：符合我们现在关注小孩全面发展的理念

On the other hand, painting can be included in the curriculum if it is developed as a hobby that serves as a tool to reduce stress and manage emotions. This is especially important in cases where young people strggle with heavy workloads every day and their emotional well-being has been of concern to educationalists. Drawing pictures can address these issues as art serves as a distraction and exposure to visually attractive objects such as landscaping in paintings can lighten one’s mood. This is consistent with the values underlying an all-round education.

总结：

In conclusion, i do not agree with making art a compulsory subject although painting is of value to students who has difficulty in coping with stress.
