客户下样单后怎么跟进?

1.询问地址
Could you pls let me know your address and zipcode also phone number?
Because I saw your e-mail address was with UK in the end, so I count the freight based on UK.

2.告知客户收到款才能发货
Please help me make payment first, so that I could place down the order as soon as possible.
​Their don’t approve me to place the order until received the money or deposit, hope you could understand me.

3.询问色温跟运输方式
Renewed PI attached,pls help check it. BTW,which color temperater you like, 5500k is ok?
​Any other question, pls let me know.

Could you pls tell me which transportation you prefer ? by sea or air ?

Then pls advise me your local airport or sea port name to offer you the complete price.Thanks.

4.告诉客户还没发货以及延期

5.告诉客人已经完成,支付尾款
I have placed down your order already and will contact you when we get ready to ship out.

6.及时更新
我们千万不要做收到款项以后就不说话,等到快交货才找客户。对于这样的外贸人,是让客户很不放心的。我们要在第一时间给到客户更新,任何一个步骤都是在建立我们的信任。我们要对客户负责。直到客户收到我们的样品或者大货的时候,我们才能稍稍松一口气。

I would like to inform you again,the goods still no peopel sign for it.DHL will do abandon goods.Maybe you are busy… please contact your local DHL office to talk about delivery time as soon as possible .

10.出货后货损

sorry for this inconvenient on this point.

We have sold about 500pcs of this kind of led wall washer light.

The problems we met more is regarding the lights glass broken, which was caused by rough shipment, but this problem I think we can make wooden package to solve it.

Except that, the quality problem, if any quality accident happened, we will have to send you the replacements or new ones to make up it. the failure rate is about 3‰.

Did it mean that the your customer wish for a lower price? Or had he got cheaper products from other suppliers?

You didn’t consider our products as your leading products to sell.What resistance,or what kind of transformation we need?
Please tell me and we will Work with you to develop a program for the present situation.

There aren’t problems about high price because the market has been opend and the products have got approval from the terminal clients.
