AUTOSAR CanSM ISOLAR工程配置-CanSM

这个模块就涉及到了一些客户的规范的配置，导入的dbc只能生成一部分默认的东西，需要根据客户的协议进行修改。

1、CanSMModeRequestRepetitionMax
Specifies the maximal amount of mode request repetitions without a respective mode indication from the CanIf module until the CanSM module reports a Default Error to the Det and tries to go back to no communication.

2、CanSMModeRequestRepetitionTime
Specifies in which time duration the CanSM module shall repeat mode change requests by using the API of the CanIf module.

这两个配置好像是CanIf请求CanSM模式的一个重复时间，一个最大次数，暂时没有用到，没改动。使用默认值。

3、CanSMBorCounterL1ToL2
This threshold defines the count of bus-offs until the bus-off recovery switches from level 1 (short recovery time) to level 2 (long recovery time).
