ROS 解决pr2_motor_diagnostic_tool/plugin.xml缺失报错

在终端输入rqt_graph报错。

1.打开上面连接内容。

2. cd /opt/ros/noetic/share/pr2_motor_diagnostic_tool/

3. sudo touch plugin.xml

4. sudo gedit plugin.xml

5. 粘贴内容并保存。
