        现在许多中国人在买自己的房子，再过去的几年里，房地产的价格曾经一番再翻，但人们仍然是排队等候机会来买。

        Nowadays, the Chinese people are buying their own houses. In the past few years,  the real estate price was double to triple, but many people still wait for buying.

        一、过去几年，表示一般完成时，所以 was-->has been

        二、【他们自己的房子】这里面their own house还是their own houses? 这里面的【他们】就是指亲们的一家人，他们共同买一套房子，所以表达成their own house更合适。

        三、【排队等待机会买】只翻译成wait for buying没有把【排队】、【等机会】这两层层含义翻译出来，属于漏译。

        Now, many Chinese are buying their own house. Over the past years, the price of real estates has doubled and redoubled, but people still wait in queues for their chance to buy.

        在一个中国式的家里，厨房不过是一个煮东西的地方；但在许多西方式的家里，厨房不单是煮饭和吃饭的地方，还是一个家人或朋友们聚会的地方。

        In a Chinese family, a kitchen is just a place for cooking; but in many western families, it is not a place for cooking and eating, but also a place for meeting of family members or friends. 

        一、介词错误， meet  with sb. 没有meet of sb搭配，

         I'm meeting with my friend tomorrow. 

        我明天要和我的朋友见面。

        二、一个家人和朋友们聚会的地方，没有【谁要和谁见面】这样有方向性的表述，不如使用 a place for family members or friends comming togather.意思更准确。

        In a Chinese house, the kitchen is nothing more than a place for cooking; but in many Western houses, the kitchen is not only where people cook and eat but also where the family or friends usually come together. 

        我们需要一本有关房屋装修的专门杂志，所以决定提出三个正面理由订阅《你的家》；该杂志每月一期，每期100页。

        We need to buy a special magzine related to house decoration, so we decided to offer three positive reasons for subscribing "Your House", which released one issue per month and one hundred pages per issue.      

        一、错误拼写：magzine--》magazine;

        二、【每月一期，每期100页】可以一起表达为the monthly 100-page magazine

        三、专门不是special,speicial表示“特别，独特”；specialized 表示【专门】

        As we are in need of a specialized housing decoration magazine, we have decided to give three positive reasons for subscribing the monthly 100-page magazine "Your House".

        在一些西方国家，一边吃早餐一边谈生意，是不稀奇的；在中国，虽然经常有商业宴会，但人们却很少在餐桌上谈生意。 

        In some western countries, it is not rare talking business while eating breakfast; while in China, it is very rare talking business on dinner table, although there are many business banquets. 

        一、搭配异常。 it is not rare to do sth.

        二、搭配异常。 on dinner table--> at the dinner table

        In some Western countries, it is not unusual to have a business talk over breakfast. In China, while it is common to have business banquets, people seldom discuss business during the meal.

        三、at the dinner table有点儿翻译的过于拘泥于原文，可以解释为 在吃饭的时候:during the meal 表示时间。

        每年，都有大批的外国旅游者来中国观光，中国有许多著名的旅游点，比如长城就是一个有重大历史意义的建筑物，桂林就是一个以不平凡的风景而闻名的地方。 

        Every year, there are a large number of foreigners travel to China. China has many famous tour spots like the Great Wall, a major historical building, and Guilin, known as an extraordinary landscope.

        一、 旅游点 为tourist spots

        二、语法错误，foreigners和travel之间缺少关系词who/that.

        Every year, a great number of foreign tourists come to China to visit. China has a lot of famous spots; for example,the Great Wall is a structure of great historical significance,and Guilin is a place known for its uncommon scenic beauty.

        三、 词汇辨析

        landscape 是一个更广泛的词汇，包括了所有类型的风景。

        scenic beauty则更侧重于描述那些具有美学价值的风景。
