- 配置源信息
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list'
- 设置秘钥
sudo apt install curl &&
curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/ros.asc | sudo apt-key add -
- 安装
sudo apt update && sudo apt install ros-melodic-desktop-full
- 环境配置
echo "source /opt/ros/melodic/setup.bash" >> ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc
- 依赖安装包编译
sudo apt install python-rosdep python-rosinstall python-rosinstall-generator python-wstool build-essential
- 初始化
sudo apt install python-rosdep && sudo rosdep init && rosdep update

1) sudo gedit /etc/ros/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list, 在https://raw.githubusercontent.com前加上https://ghproxy.com/
2) sudo gedit /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/rosdistro/init.py, 在DEFAULT_INDEX_URL前面加上https://ghproxy.com/
完成后重新 rosdep update
