MutSigCV install and usage

搞点数据库TCGA的分析，对pan-cancer找到driver gene，目前现为公认的软件就是MutSigCV，下面就具体说下其按照及使用操作。

download sofware （MCR_R2016a_glnxa64_installer.zip ，MutSigCV_1.41.zip ，MutSigCV_example_data.1.0.1.zip

首先得在CGA 上注册之后找到下载链接，下载最新版本即可

This version extends compatibility to Matlab versions ≥R2014b, while preserving compatibility with all versions ≥R2008b.

The zipfile contains both the source code (requires Matlab license to run), as well as the compiled Matlab (does not require Matlab license, but does require installation of free MatlabMCR version R2016a.)

Make sure to also download the required reference files.

install MCR

这款软件是基于matlab语言开发的，所以首先必须配一下软件。

unzip MCR_R2016a_glnxa64_installer.zip
sudo ./install -mode silent -agreeToLicense yes -fileInstallationKey 1111-1111-1111-1111
or
 ./install -mode silent -agreeToLicense  yes

install MutSigCV

unzip MutSigCV_example_data.1.0.1.zip
sh run_MutSigCV.sh

发现直接使用会报错如下：

测试成功，但是最近CGA网站上有两个文件下载不了，向别人要的文件
