通过roboguide软件,创建一个长方体物料并设置自由落体的机械装置。首先添加长方体零件,然后添加并配置box机械装置,将其命名为‘自由落体’并调整位置。接着,导入长方体物料并设置颜色,确保其在运行时不显示。在动作选项卡里,设定由设备I/O控制的动作,使物料在DO100信号ON时下降300mm,OFF时返回原点。当DI100信号ON时,物料达到-300mm位置。为了视觉效果,隐藏机械装置并创建TP程序来实现整个过程。

在左侧菜单栏中,选择“parts”,右键点击添加,添加一个“长方体”

在左侧菜单栏中,选择“machines”,右键点击添加机械装置,添加一个box

 

重命名机械装置为自由落体,更改机械装置的大小及位置信息,使其位于滑轨上方正中间的位置,更改完成后点击apply确认。
