sudo rosdep init 时发生以下错误
ERROR:cannot download default sources list from: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list Website may be down
【解决】

sudo c_rehash /etc/ssl/certs
sudo -E rosdep init
rosdep update
但尝试过仍然不行,又参考了

sudo apt-get install python-pip
sudo pip install -U rosdep
之后再试一下上面的就可以了
