基因组dna，sm，rm序列类型说明

sequence type（序列类型）:

• ‘dna’ - unmasked genomic DNA sequences（组装好的未经过处理的基因组）.
• ‘dna_rm’ - masked genomic DNA. Interspersed repeats and low complexity regions are detected with the RepeatMasker tool and masked by replacing repeats with 'N’s.(mask的基因组DNA。使用RepeatMasker工具检测间断性重复和低复杂度区域，并通过用“N”替换重复来掩盖重复)
• ‘dna_sm’ - soft-masked genomic DNA. All repeats and low complexity regions have been replaced with lowercased versions of their nucleic base.(soft-mask的基因组。重复和低复杂度区域碱基用小写字母表示)
