source /opt/ros/noetic/setup.bash
cd src/
catkin_init_workspace
git clone https://github.com/ori-drs/kalibr.git --branch noetic-devel
the file is perfectly suit for the newest version.
cd ..
catkin_make -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
