问题分析

1. 此问题发生在 NanoPC-T4安装ROS Melodic过程中。
2. 一般是镜像源的问题，换了源也不行，思索后才考虑到本人使用的是arm的机子来安装ubuntu的，理应该所对应的ubuntu的源应该有所区别，参考其他博文后，得出下面的修改。
3. 修改方法，ubuntu arm 的换源和只要将ubuntu改成ubuntu-ports即可
   在终端输入sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list，把里面的内容换成下面的内容。
4. 在终端输入sudo apt-get update进行更新。
