Ubuntu中通过launch文件运行python报错

在ubuntu中通过launch文件运行python文件时，报错如下：

ERROR: cannot launch node of type [smartcar_teleop/scripts/teleop.py]: 
can't locate node [scripts/teleop.py] in package [smartcar_teleop]

产生这个错误的原因是python文件没有可执行权限，只需要给python文件增加可执行权限即可。

增加命令，cd到python文件目录下，运行

chmod +x *.py
